Facility Reservation Inquiry Form
To inquire about reservations at a variety of city facilities, please complete the below request form. Completion of the form DOES NOT hold a date or confirm a reservation.
Please include the following information in your request:
Desired date of facility rental, anticipated amount of guests and any other information you’d like to share in the message box.
Please allow up to five business days for a response.

Food, cake and beverages are permitted during parties that include use of the Multipurpose Room (non-alcoholic only).
paper products and decorations not provided.
A staff party attendant is included in your cost when utilizing the Multipurpose Room.
Security deposit will be returned after the room is checked for clean-up, damages and adherence to the guidelines.
Booking 3 months in advance, subject to availability.
Other party guidelines will be explained at time of booking and in your contract. -
Park facility reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance for residents and six months for non-residents.
Rocky River Park & City Hall Park spaces are available for rent from March - October.
All City facilities are monitored by video surveillance.
Helium balloons are NOT permitted.
Alcohol is not permitted in Elmwood Cabin or at any City Park.
Fees are non-refundable.
