  • The Original Barbell Class™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit--fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

  • This class provides a full-body workout to help improve muscular strength and endurance. Includes exercises for your abdominal core and upper & lower body using free weights, exercise tubes, body bars, and more.

  • Indoor cycling will get your heart pumping with a full-body ride including intervals, sprints, and hills.

  • A whole body, high intensity interval training workout designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles with Pilates inspired core-based moves along with regularly timed cardio intervals incorporating weights, balls, bands, gliders and your own body weight.

  • Stretch and strengthen your body while centering your mind. Improve strengthening your core using Yoga’s many standing and balancing poses. Gentle: Suitable for all age groups, gentle yoga slows down all poses to focus on the mind-body connection. Slow Flow: Focus on your stretches and breathing versus power and calories burned. Enjoy the stillness of your mind with seated and some standing poses.

  • Increase your endurance and flexibility while walking and performing low-to-high intensity exercises. The class meets in the shallow water and includes work in the deep water with a floatation belt.

  • Enjoy low-to-no impact exercises that stretch and strengthen your body. This class can serve as a standalone low intensity workout or as a cool down after a challenging cardio class. Offered in the warmer pool, this session uses equipment to tone major muscle groups and includes dynamic and static stretching as well as floating relaxation.

  • This class is designed to offer people a safe, gentle way to enhance strength, flexibility, stamina, posture, and balance. Our certified instructor can help you to disrupt the cycle of pain and the development of disability that arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other physical conditions may bring. This signature class is sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation.

  • This class is sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation and similar to the Basic Aquatics class, but more advanced. This class meets in the shallow water and progresses to the deep water with a flotation belt.

  • Increase your cardiovascular fitness using movements that improve mobility, flexibility, and core strength.

  • A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
