The Don Umerley Civic Center is the perfect place for your next birthday celebration! With a variety of options and pricing, we have a package to meet your needs and your budget. From large group parties to small family gatherings, we are sure you will be impressed by our indoor pool, gym or playground party options. If you’re looking for a more formal event, Memorial Hall is available for weddings, meetings or large scale gatherings.

Available April-October (VERY LIMITED availability during basketball season, from November through May). Includes 1 hour of gym rental for basketball, dodgeball or other games that YOU plan and supervise, followed by 1 hour in the multipurpose room. Recommended for ages 8 & older.

Skating Parties (October - March)
Party (up to 30 people) includes admission to open skate, skate rental, and the use of half the pavilion. Parties are available on Saturday or Sunday during open skate.

Indoor Arena (April-September)
The indoor arena is open April through August. The sport court appears when the rink ice is melted away, providing multi-use surface for recreation programming. The sport court is also used for day camp and special events.

A staff party attendant is included in your cost when utilizing the Multipurpose Room.
Security deposit will be returned after the room is checked for clean-up, damages and adherence to the guidelines.
Booking 3 months in advance, subject to availability.

Park facility reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance for residents and six months for non-residents.
Rocky River Park & City Hall Park spaces are available for rent from March - October.
All City facilities are monitored by video surveillance.
Helium balloons are NOT permitted.
Alcohol is not permitted in Elmwood Cabin or at any City Park.
Fees are non-refundable.
