Carron Asphalt Paving Inc. will begin work on asphalt path replacements at Linden Park and the Rocky River Civic Center on Monday, July 8th.  Work is expected to last 60 days.  These paths will be inaccessible during the construction process.  The existing paths will be replaced and widened to 8-feet.

Wagar/Hilliard Intersection Improvements

RMH Concrete & Foundations, Inc. continues work on the resurfacing of the Wagar/Hilliard intersection.  The contractor intends to install the final course of asphalt the week of July 15th.  Please continue to follow posted traffic signage.  In an effort to ensure traffic flows efficiently and safely through the construction zone there are NO LEFT TURNS allowed in any direction.  Work is expected to be completed by early August.  Thank you for your patience.

Kensington Road Improvement Project

Fabrizi Trucking and Paving is expected to begin rehabilitation of Kensington Road, between Lake Road and Beach Cliff Blvd, beginning the week of July 8th.  Work is expected to last through May, 2025, and include the replacement and separation of over/under sanitary and storm sewers, new water mains and residential connections (including the replacement of any lead or galvanized residential connections to the home), apron/curb/limited sidewalk replacement, as well as a total replacement of the street.  Posted construction traffic will be one way from Lake Road to Beach Cliff Blvd.  The City has been in coordination with RRCSD regarding traffic for the 2024-2025 school year and updates will be provided closer to the first day of school as we determine the status of the project. Please use caution around the work zone.
