September 1st Sewer Billing

The City recently mailed the quarterly sanitary sewer bills dated September 1, 2024 to Rocky River property owners. Please watch for the arrival in your mailbox.
This is an estimated sanitary sewer bill for the period June 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024, the second quarter of the billing year. Your bill is generally based on one quarter of the past year’s water consumption. Please be aware, there is a minimum charge of 1 (one) MCF per quarter (or $38.00). The City’s sewer rate is $38.00 per MCF (thousand cubic feet) billed at 1/10 of an MCF of water used.
Residential Sanitary Sewer Summer Sprinkling Credit: If eligible, the Residential Sanitary Sewer Summer Sprinkling Credit has been applied to your account and is reflected in the amount captioned “Payments Received”.
