Quarterly Income Tax Payments
Rob Montgomery
On behalf of the City of Rocky River, the Regional Income Tax Agency or RITA, will process and mail the quarterly individual billing statements for city income taxes. Look for the billing statements in your mail beginning early December.
Both state law and the City of Rocky River tax code, in most situations, require quarterly estimated income tax payments if the annual amount is at least $200. Required estimated payments are subject to penalty and late fees if not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Through the RITA website https://www.ritaohio.com, you may:
Make a payment;
Confirm payments, amount(s) due and credits;
Review payment history;
Adjust the amount due.
At https://www.ritaohio.com/, use the FastPay link to make a payment without creating an account or log into MyAccount to make a payment.
