Memorial Hall: A Versatile Venue for Every Occasion
Memorial Hall features three rooms, each offering flexibility for different events. The Emil Rosol Room, the largest of the three, is perfect for larger gatherings such as family celebrations or community events. The Community Room is well-suited for smaller, more personal gatherings like baby showers or birthday parties. For business or professional meetings, the Club Room provides an ideal space for small staff meetings. All rooms are located on the ground level, ensuring easy access with no stairs or ramps, and ample free parking is available.
A Tribute to Our Heroes
Upon entering Memorial Hall, you’ll find the Veterans Memorial in the main lobby, a space dedicated to honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. The mural, painted by Glen Shaw, was donated to the City of Rocky River by the Rocky River War Memorial Association in 1954 and remains a lasting tribute to our veterans.
Event Spaces
Emil Rosol Room
The Emil Rosol Room is our largest event space, measuring 47 by 78 feet. Its beautiful wooden floors make it an ideal setting for dancing and events. The hall comfortably accommodates 200 guests, providing plenty of room for both guests to mingle and enjoy the atmosphere. Large windows bring in natural light, and the high ceilings add to the room’s open, welcoming feel. It’s a versatile space perfect for various gatherings, from weddings to community events.
Community Room
The Community Room is a 47' x 47' space with a cozy, inviting atmosphere, featuring lower ceilings and carpeted floors. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and welcoming environment. This versatile space is ideal for smaller gatherings such as showers, birthday parties, luncheons, and meetings, comfortably seating up to 90 guests.
Club Room
The Club Room is a compact 18' x 28' space, perfect for small business or club meetings. It comes equipped with a wall-mounted monitor and HDMI connectivity for seamless presentations. Located next to Memorial Hall, the room has entrances from both the hallway and Memorial Hall. A small sink is also included, making it an ideal spot for bar service when opened up to Memorial Hall.

Event Space Features
Shared Prep Kitchen:
Our large, fully equipped Prep Kitchen is accessible from both the Memorial Hall and the Community Room. It includes ovens, refrigerators, a freezer, and a large ice machine—perfect for catering needs. Please note, an additional charge applies for kitchen use.
Coat Room and Restrooms:
A spacious coat room is conveniently located off the main hallway, available for all events. Large, easily accessible restrooms are located just past the coat room, ensuring comfort for your guests.
Included Amenities:
We provide a sound system, projector, cart, screen, and Wi-Fi at no extra charge, so you can focus on making your event a success.
Venue Availability:
Our entire venue is available for larger events such as weddings, fundraisers, conferences, and craft shows.
Booking Requirements:
A minimum 3-hour reservation is required for all room bookings.
