 RE:       Construction Progress Update

 DATE: March 26, 2007

The rough-in sprinkler work continues and will be finished shortly.

During the installation of the sprinklers in units 117-127, 217-227 and 317-327, your insurance adjusters inspected the insulation above the ceilings only to discover smoke damage.  They immediately notified the adjuster for State Auto.  Upon re-inspection by both parties it was determined that the ceilings in the aforementioned units would need to be taken down, the insulation removed and new insulation installed.  They also agreed that the carpet would be removed and new carpet installed.  The units would also be completely repainted.  In anticipation of the work, Nyman has inventoried all the ceiling electrical and HVAC fixtures in each unit before removing and storing for later re-installation.

The HVAC duct work has been roughed-in on the third floor and work has begun on the second floor.

The elevator prep work continues.  New elevator foundations and floors should be poured this week.

Framing of units 301-316 should begin shortly.
