LEGAL NOTICE – ROCKY RIVER POLICE DEPARTMENT

PUBLIC AUCTION

Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2007, the Officer in Charge of Property for the Rocky River Police Department will sell at Public Auction:, bicycles, various computer items and components, office items and other miscellaneous items. These items may be viewed at the Rocky River Police Station Garage between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2007.

Also available are approximately six (6) outdoor, used metal park benches that are six (6) feet long. These benches are being offered at a minimum bid of twenty (20) dollars each. These items may be viewed at the Rocky River Service Garage between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until Friday, May 25, 2007. Bidding for these benches will occur at the Police Station Garage on Saturday, May 26, 2007.

All items will be addressed at the auction which will be conducted by the Property Officer at the City of Rocky River at the Police Station, 21012 Hilliard Blvd., Rocky River, Ohio at the date and time set forth above. The Auction will be conducted pursuant to Section 737.32 and 737.33 of the Ohio Revised Code.
